We are thrilled to announce that BARRE CLASSES are coming this October to our studio! Get ready to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body with this unique and dynamic workout. Barre combines elements of Pilates, strength training, and yoga to sculpt and strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and help with injury prevention. With high-reps and low-impact movements this is great for anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. Our skilled instructor Emily will guide you every step of the way - absolutely zero ballet or previous class experience required, and this is great for all fitness levels.
Price: We are running a SPECIAL INTRODUCTORY DEAL for the month of October - Get Unlimited Barre Classes for just $135 (you save $90 overall/classes go down to just $15 per class)! You can always drop in to Barre class as well for just $25

Class is limited to ten clients max, so please sign up in advance either way (if you purchase the unlimited deal, you will not be charged per class, but please still sign up in advance to save your spot).
