Barre combines elements of Pilates, strength training, and yoga to sculpt and strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, and help with injury prevention. With high-reps and low-impact movements this is great for anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles. Our skilled instructor Emily will guide you every step of the way - absolutely zero ballet or previous class experience required, and this is great for all fitness levels.
