Partner yoga is a fun way to bond with friends, partners, and coworkers. Kate (Align Yoga Instructor) will lead you through partner stretches and guide you through fun acro yoga poses. This is a unique and playful experience that you don't want to miss! reach out to schedule a private group event. 

Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

Margie (Certified Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach) will curate a curate a fun and informative session for your group with delicious snacks for your event! 

Sound Bath

A cozy sound bath for your group is perfect for celebrating a special event. It includes a brief description of what a sound bath is and its benefits. Aromatherapy, restorative yoga and guided meditation add ons available.
