Our workshops are designed as deep dives into meaningful wellness topics. These sessions are interactive and led by experts in their fields, offering you hands-on learning, practical tools, and supportive guidance.
We love keeping things fresh for our community! Pop-up classes are special one-time offerings that add variety, fun, and new experiences to your wellness routine.
Our multi-week class series build week by week, allowing you to immerse yourself in a specific theme or practice. You’re welcome to attend a single class, join the entire series, or drop in for as many sessions as you’d like—whatever best fits your schedule and wellness goals. Our retreats range from one-day immersions to full weekend experiences—even overnights. Some are hosted right in our studio, while others take place at retreat centers locally or out of state. We love dreaming up new ways to serve you and spice up your wellness routine, offering meaningful escapes that leave you refreshed and connected.
