This focused 30-minute massage is designed to target specific tension areas and provide fast, meaningful relief. Whether you are experiencing neck and shoulder tightness, low back discomfort, or sore muscles from training -- this session zeroes in on what your body needs most.  Perfect for anyone who wants targeted work, a reset, or focused tune-up between longer sessions.  *can be table or chair massage

30 Minute Neck, Face & Scalp Massage

30 Minute Pediatric Craniosacral
