Pilates workouts are a great way to attain full body strengthening and flexibility, with a focus on core engagement and posture. We offer both mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates training.
Yoga is a great addition to your wellness lifestyle. At align we offer both group classes and private sessions.

Bone density, muscles, and metabolism are important! That’s why we’re adding a class to accommodate you! Join Emily’s WEIGHTS & CORE, leave feeling strong, supported, and empowered. This class series has a variety of offerings.
Mondays 4:30-5:20 (full body)
Tuesdays 12:00-12:30 (focus on upper body)
Thursdays 12:00-12:30 (focus on lower body)
Posture, glutes, core and more! Basically, a full body workout! There’s nothing better than feeling confident in our own body, and there is a lot to the saying “you look good you feel good” - and vice versa! Proper postural support decreases the chance for injury as well as combats aches and pains…. And, when you’re in a strong and supported posture you look GREAT! (Dare I say, sexy?!)
Come learn and workout with Dr. Ashley, as she shares her favorite and most effective exercises - with lots of gluts, core postural muscle strengthening and more! All levels and all bodies welcome and encouraged. This will be an upbeat class, with the possible use of props, resistance bands, weights and more. Bring water - everything else provided. Warm up and cool down included.

Great for golfers! For anyone who would benefit from improved mobility and stretching. No experience needed and all props provided, all abilities welcome. $135 total for all six sessions, $25 drop in per session.
Saturday mornings: Jan 4th - feb 15th from 9:00-10:00 am.
