There are different types of intimacy, including mental, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical. These all go through natural cycles of intensity. When you build multiple avenues of intimacy, it allows deep connection to continue. You may notice desire fading, affection feeling forced, or physical closeness becoming less frequent even though you still care deeply for your partner.
In this session you will learn how to
• Understand the emotional foundations of attraction and intimacy
