Next Emily will lead us through a gentle yet empowering Pilates sequence designed to awaken your core and build inner stability. This practice supports physical balance and encourages presence in each movement.
Enjoy a cozy, nutrient-rich meal of homemade soup and sourdough bread, crafted to nourish body and spirit. Seasonal snacks and herbal tea will be offered throughout the day to keep you grounded and cared for.
Sink into deep relaxation as the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion wash over you. Allow the vibrations to guide you inward, helping to calm your nervous system and renew your energy. Kate will orchestrate this transformative expereince.
We’ll end our day together with a heart-centered reflection and gratitude circle. Share intentions, release what no longer serves you, and leave feeling centered, connected, and renewed.
