
A grounding, heart-centered winter series designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Step into a warm, candlelit space and give yourself four weeks of intentional pause. Each class begins with a gentle, engaging mini workshop that helps you transition out of the day and into presence. Through reflection, simple tools, and guided discussion, you’ll explore themes like letting go, self-compassion, grounding practices, and aligning your daily habits with your deepest intentions. With your mind softened and your heart open, you’ll then move into a soothing candlelight meditation. Each guided practice deepens the evening’s theme—inviting stillness, clarity, and a nervous system reset. You’ll leave feeling calm, centered, and nourished from the inside out. No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow the flicker of candlelight to support your inner quiet.
