Each week builds upon the last, guiding you through a holistic journey of reconnecting with your inner wisdom, nurturing hormonal harmony, and releasing the stress that blocks your natural radiance. This series invites you to move with intention, soften into presence, and cultivate a deeper relationship with your authentic self.

Gentle Yoga with Meghan • Grounding Foods • Intuition
Begin your journey by softening into presence and reconnecting with your inner wisdom. This session blends gentle yoga led by Meghan Black, grounding nutrition insights, and reflective practices to help you slow down, tune in, and awaken the feminine energy within. We’ll close with a calming meditation to deepen your sense of peace and alignment.

Strength Training with Emily • Surrender • Nervous System Reset
Shift from doing to allowing. This week blends intentional strength training with tools for nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and emotional release. Learn how to let go of what no longer serves you so you can make space for what you desire. Session ends with a grounding meditation for deep release.

Pilates with Angie • Hormonal Balance • Inner Flow
Discover the power of honoring your natural cycles and rhythms. This session explores hormonal health, nourishing foods for balance, and a mindful Pilates practice to support strength and alignment. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body’s ebb and flow, followed by a soothing healing-touch meditation to restore harmony.

Healing Touch with Annie and Dawn • Heart-Centered Nourishment • Embodying Your Essence
In this final session, we weave together everything you’ve learned to help you embody your most radiant, intuitive, and centered self. Experience restorative healing touch, soul-nourishing guidance, and reflective practices that support integration and inner glow. A closing meditation anchors your connection to the Divine Feminine moving forward.

Margie is a certified Holistic Nutritionist who loves helping people make simple, sustainable, holistic lifestyle changes that lead to a life full of energy, confidence and vitality. Food is medicine, and simple changes in our nutrition and lifestyle can be empowering and life changing.

Meghan will be our guest instructor on January 11 for the first class in the 4-week series. Meghan is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2010. She’s continually drawn to yoga for its ability to cultivate a genuine sense of wellness—helping her feel grounded, balanced, and nourished in both body and mind after every practice.

Emily will be our guest instructor on January 18 for the second class in the 4-week series. Emily is one of Align's expert Pilates instructors. Emily has been teaching for over 20 years. Her training took place in NYC under Romana Kryzanowska and Sari who was considered one of the elders of Joseph Pilates who he passed the Pilates baton to.

Angie will be our guest instructor on January 25 for the third class in the 4 - week series. Angie is one of Aling's expert Pilates instructors. Angie started her Pilates journey affter wanting to get rid of her "postpartum body." She found core strength, flexibility and pain relief in her Pilates journey and has not looked back since!

Dawn will be one of our guest instructors on Feburary 1 for the fourth and final class in the 4 week series. Dawn is a Massage and Craniosacral Therapist. Her techniques are designed to help you move, breathe, and live better so you can feel fully embodied and free.

Annie will be one of our guest instructors on Feburary 1 for the fourht and final class in the 4 week series. Annie Foster, yoga instructor and M.Ac. graduate, integrates elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, healing touch, and mindfulness to create a deeply grounding and restorative experience.
