Emotional eating isn’t shifted by willpower — it’s about releasing unmet needs, stored emotions, and nourishing your nervous system.
Cravings to Clarity: Nourish & Release is a 4-week collaborative workshop designed to help you release emotional eating patterns at the root by combining Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping) with supportive, non-restrictive nutrition education.
Together, we’ll explore why cravings show up, learn how to regulate emotions and stress in the moment, and nourish the body in ways that naturally reduce cravings — all while building trust, compassion, and awareness around food.
This experience offers a gentle yet powerful path toward food peace, emotional resilience, and empowered choices.
What You’ll Experience
